Welcome to TJ's Custom Print Designs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide custom printing services, including but not limited to t-shirts, mugs, coasters, puzzles, keyrings, caps etc.  All services are subject to availability.

2. Ordering Process

• Quotes: Customers can request a quote for custom projects. Quotes are valid for 30 days
• Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and design approval is provided on custom jobs.  Once payment is received on already designed products confirmation made.

3. Design Submission

• Customers must provide artwork in acceptable formats e.g., PNG, JPEG. & size required for the project.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all submitted designs are free from copyright infringement.
• If you require a full design for a project, there will be a one-off fee of $49.95 applied to your invoice

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required before production begins.
• Accepted payment methods include e.g., credit card, PayPal.

5. Production Time on custom designs

• Standard production time for shirts & caps is 2-4 weeks after design approval depending on the item, merchandise production time is 1-3 days for custom designs.
• Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier issues, natural disasters) will be communicated promptly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping costs are advised at checkout, unless getting a bulk quote then this will be advised at that time.
• Delivery times may vary based on location.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part (e.g., defective product, incorrect printing).
• Customers must report any issues within 24hrs of receiving the order.

8. Intellectual Property

• All artwork submitted for printing remains the property of the customer. By submitting designs, customers grant us permission to use them for production only.

9. Limitation of Liability

• TJ's Custom Print Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes.
